At West Midlands Mortgage Centre we offer mortgages from the whole of the market. We will advise and make recommendations for you after we have assessed your needs. A fee of a maximum of £500 or 1% of the loan amount if greater, may be payable on completion. Typically this will be £499.

We will provide you with a Key Facts Illustration when considering a particular mortgage which will tell you about any fees relating to it. However, if we charge you a fee and your mortgage does not go ahead, you will receive a full refund if the lender does not accept your application because of your personal circumstances. No refund will be given if you decide not to proceed with the mortgage.

YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE.

We can only offer products from Zurich Assurance for pure protection insurance.

We will advise and make a recommendation for you after we have assessed your needs. Any investment advice will be based on your personal objectives. We’ll confirm these objectives, and the reasons for each recommendation your adviser makes to you in writing once you’ve completed your application.
